Case study: Triathlete’s eyes like purple

We know, not music-related, but such a cool story we had to share.

This particular athlete got hit while on her bike. Thankfully, she survived and with few severe injuries, however, she did get a concussion. Anytime she got on the bike, her current performance levels were significantly decreased from her past ones, and she was frustrated!

Teaming up with her other providers and psychologist, we found that her eyes loved the color purple. Purple specifically calmed her nervous system, which then led to more stability and muscles activating better. Now, she always wears purple-tinted lenses.
