Liz Arlene

Founder & Director, Manual Therapy & Performance Training

Hi, I’m Liz. I have an inquisitive and adventurous nature that leads me on journeys around the world to meet new people, hike new mountains, kayak new waters, try new foods, bake new breads, and overcome my own limits. I never want to stop learning and pursuing life.

I have 15 years of experience in pro and Olympic sports massage, and I’m best known for helping athletes push the boundaries of what their body can accomplish without breaking to set new PRs, recover from injuries, and stay in the game as long as they can.
