  • Muscles can become dysfunctional for a ridiculous amount of reasons, like fascia, injuries, scarring, or because of poor nerve impulses. If we don’t know which exact muscles are the issue, and what the exact issue is, then we’re just guessing or applying a blanket approach and hoping it catches it.

    Screw that.

    We incorporate gentle, non-invasive muscle tests into all our sessions so we know EXACTLY what we’re working with to get you the most targeted, best results.

  • Muscles operate like a pulley system - just relaxing one won’t fix anything.

    Pain, tightness, contractions, and stress all come from muscles being out of balance. By continuing to focus only on the painful muscle, the imbalance gets worse!

    The long and overstretched tissues need to be shortened and the shortened and contracted tissues need to be lengthened. That takes varied techniques to have varied outcomes, not just relaxation everywhere.

  • Each session ends with some method to prevent what was causing you pain, discomfort, stress, or tension.

    Yes, you’ll have to do some work - but it typically takes less than 2 minutes a day! Less than 2 minutes a day to create change for lasting results.

    Sometimes it’ll be dynamic shoulder movements, other times back mobility drills, maybe some exercise band traction, or a strength or conditioning exercise.

    After every session, you’ll have homework or else you may keep coming back with the same issue session and session, and frankly, that gets boring to deal with, not to mention a waste of time and resources.
