Massage that hurts so good…

for a purpose

My massage sessions are not for someone who wants a relaxing nap on a table with draped sheets and music you can’t tell what instrument was used to make it.

If you want something corrected, if you want a thumb deep underneath your shoulder blade, an elbow deep in a glute, or a very careful eye watching every millimeter of movement while you squat to detect a hip shift, that’s what my massage sessions are about.

I’m a perfectionistic movement scientist.

Egotistically, I want you to get out of pain to feel and move better to prove my science works.

And that means I go into meticulous detail about how you move and the “why” you’re feeling stuck, painful, or not at your best.

We’ll explore how your joints move, how your muscles move, how your myofascial tissue moves, how your skin moves, and make whatever changes we need to the tissue.

Then follow that up with movement, mobility, stability, or strength exercises for a more permanent effect.
