Case study: Yellow Sunglasses

COVID kept this guitarist from touring, but as soon as the band was up and going again, he started having intense headaches on stage! Turns out, his eyes had gotten more used to close up screens than the roomier theaters with bright lights that he was now playing in.

Through some direction and distance testing, we found which eye positions were most troublesome. And, we found that yellow-color lenses helped to support his eyes! With some visual exercises targeted at strengthening his eyes and a new pair of yellow tinted glasses on stage, he’s much improved with far less headaches than he had.
