PRE-TOUR CAMP
Just like football has pre-season training camps, you need a pre-tour camp. This “camp” will get your body, from eyes to toes, physically prepped for the rigors of tour season. We look at things like visual stressors, posture, gait, nutrition, sleep, and access to recovery tools while on the road. The secret sauce here is that we do “pre-tour camp” on stages, in studios, on the tour bus, etc.
TOUR MAINTENANCE
Your body NEEDS recovery and maintenance. It’s like an oil change for your body. Things like massage guns on forearms, Normatec compression sleeves on legs, stretches made for tour busses, etc. The best athletes are the one who recognize and utilize specific recovery programs and tools.
OFF SEASON
The easiest way to prep for next season is by not letting yourself go entirely. You can’t stay at 100% year round. But dropping to 50% and then back up can be harmful, too. We’ll help you plan a lifestyle that lets you relax, but not lose everything in the “off season.”
